The Great Bend City Council welcomed new blood into its board Monday night. Two new members were sworn in and two members were reelected to serve another term.
City Clerk Amit Patel administered the Oath of Office to newly elected members; Joel Jackson, Vicki Berryman, Brock McPherson, and Cory Zimmerman.
Zimmerman won a write-in campaign in Ward 3 by one vote.

Zimmerman and McPherson replaced Matt Hiss and Erika Julian. McPherson won Ward 4 with 47 votes.
